What is the status of my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account or using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Standard processing takes 1-2 business days.
Does Dakine offer a warranty on backpacks and luggage?
Yes, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on all backpacks and luggage. If your gear fails due to a defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
How do I clean my Dakine gloves and mitts?
We recommend hand washing with mild soap and warm water. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the technical fabrics and leather palms. Always air dry at room temperature.
What is your return policy for technical apparel?
We accept returns on unused, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please use our online portal to generate a prepaid return shipping label.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European regions. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs regulations.
How can I tell if a backpack is compatible with a hydration reservoir?
Most of our bike and snow-specific packs feature an internal sleeve and hose port. Check the 'Features' section on the product page to see if a specific model is hydration compatible.
